Shipping/Refund Policy

  • Free shipping is available to all orders over $75 within the United States. 
  • Please note that FedEx, UPS, and USPS do not guarantee transit over the weekend. 
  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 48 hours (2 business days) of being placed. 
  • A confirmation email will be sent after order is placed. 
  • Shipping information can take up to 72 hours to register in the carrier’s website after you receive a tracking number. 
  • Refund Policy: Due to sanitary reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. However, if an item breaks due to a flaw in the design, I will replace it for you if it is within two weeks of the purchase date. Please keep in mind that all pieces are hand-crafted; as a result, they may have slight variations from the sample photo.
